SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & MEMBERSHIPS (The Network) For all digital purchases, including membership to "The Network," e-books, and audio tools:

• Delivery: Access is granted immediately upon confirmation of payment.

• Access: You will receive an automated email with your login credentials or download links. You can also access your purchased content directly through your member profile on the website.

• No Shipping Fees: Digital products are exempt from shipping costs.

2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Books & Merchandise) For physical copies of books and other tangible tools:

• Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. This is the time it takes to prepare the package before it is handed to the carrier.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.

• Estimated Delivery:

  • Domestic (USA): 3-7 business days.

  • International: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

3. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS The Neural Prayer is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist in locating the shipment or arranging a replacement.
