REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & MEMBERSHIPS (Non-Refundable) Due to the immediate nature of digital content, all sales for the following items are final and non-refundable:

Once access is granted or a file is downloaded, the "product" has been consumed. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund for these digital services. We encourage you to read the descriptions carefully before entering The Network.
2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Books & Merchandise) We want you to be satisfied with your physical tools. If you purchased a physical copy of the book:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your book arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement copy immediately at no extra cost.

Standard Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees).

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN To start a return process or report a damaged item, please contact us via the contact form on our website. Please include your Order Number and details about the product you would like to return.
4. EXCHANGES We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
